In this part of my lecture, “Fundamentals of Company Law” participants will get an overview of the most important tax types for companies such as corporate tax, commercial tax, value added tax or payroll tax. We also look at special German topics such as the interest limitation rule, loss carry-forwards during a purchase of the corporate shell or real estate transfer tax.
