This part of my lecture “Fundamentals of Company Law” gives a brief outline on basics such as legal forms and minimum capital requirements in different countries, corporate bodies and the differences between the one tier board and the two tier board system, the company formation process and legal specifics in this regard. In addition, we have a deeper look into various elements of balance sheets and legal aspects of assets and liabilities.
