Against the backdrop of his activities as a lawyer for executives, as a lecturer at universities, as an author of numerous scientific publications and his experience in management positions, the INSTFEA was founded by Dr. Rüdiger Theiselmann.
INSTFEA aims to create a platform for executives and academics from all over the world to address the current and future challenges of managing companies in a multidisciplinary approach and to make legal risks to decision-makers more manageable.
