This inhouse workshop provides participants with strategic and operational know-how regarding M&A (e.g. process, valuation). On the back of this, they get checklists (hard copies) and work on case studies related to public take-over, distressed M&A and acquisition finance. In this respect, participants take the role of managing directors and non-executive directors both on the buy-side and sell-side. This approach leads to a profound working knowledge of M&A and also fosters internal collaboration between executives across departments and group companies.
