In addition, students learn how M&A transactions work and which major legal issues are of relevance. Furthermore, equity solutions like IPOs, capital increases or convertibles and debt solutions like syndicated loans, bonds or private placements are presented. On top of that, we have a deeper look into cash pooling, tax, accounting and compliance matters.
